About First Nations Worthwhile Ventures

First Nations Worthwhile Ventures (FNWV) is dedicated to empowering First Nations Enterprises’ to drive positive change in First Nations communities. By sharing our expertise, we support entrepreneurs to build strong and sustainable enterprises that amplify social impact and foster self-determination. First Nations people possess the knowledge and resilience to overcome challenges, yet due to historical barriers, our communities do not hold the generational business knowledge and wealth held by many in the wider Australian community.

Through FNWV’s culturally responsive, tailored support, we enable First Nations entrepreneurs to reclaim their power and shape their futures.

Together, we can bridge gaps by exchanging knowledge to build a strong First Nations business sector to uplift our communities and create lasting positive change for generations to come.

Live the dream

Tells the story of the varying pathways to success. It depicts just how important having a strong sense of community behind you is when turning dreams into reality. It is the journey………. and at the very core of it all is community, your people…….and the pathways always lead back to that.

What to expect

At First Nations Worthwhile Ventures, we walk alongside First Nations entrepreneurs and partners with integrity, cultural understanding, and genuine care. Whether you’re a business owner seeking support or a partner looking to contribute meaningfully, you can expect a respectful, collaborative relationship built on trust and shared purpose.

We offer culturally responsive, tailored support driven by the needs of the people we work with. No one-size-fits-all approaches — we listen deeply, adapt thoughtfully, and support each journey on its own terms.

We believe in sharing knowledge openly and making it easy to access. From business strategy to financial literacy and beyond, we simplify the complex and empower confident, informed decisions.

Our pro bono community is a powerful part of this work — a collective of generous legal, financial, insurance, wellbeing, and business professionals who donate their expertise to strengthen outcomes.

Together with our partners, funders, and supporters, we exist to empower First Nations entrepreneurs to build long-term personal and economic success — creating a future shaped by choice, capability, and self determination.
